Eagle Up
Those that know me, know I got one of my “grail birds” or as I like to think of it, the start of another long drawn out addiction in trying to get more shots. Anyway, this was shot at Viera Wetlands in Melbourne, Florida, last Friday. I way over shot the bird, 399 frames, but hey it’s my first shot of a wild bald eagle, and it even turned out quite decently. It was also the first time my EF 1.4X II was really put to the test in the field, and I think it did an admirable job.
